Help! how can i help him please answer!?

a rson How can i help my best friend? My best friend has been really depressed lately.Well for about 3 years now. He's been trying to run infront of vehicles. Yesterday we were walking back from blockbuster and he ran infront of one so I had to run and grab his hand and i had to throw him out the way. He sounds so happy when he sings aand plays instruments. He usually is just lost in the music and its just such an amazing sight. My girl best friend broke up with him yesterday for another guy. I know that's also it too. But he's already been to the hospital and on meds. I really wanna help him. What can I do? I know he likes me he told me.I like him a lot toobut idkwhat can I do to help him?
