Does anyone know if gamestop cleans CDs?

I got the full ring around my xbox GAME and I was just wondering if gamestop Could clean my disk to get rid to the ring? does anyone know any other store that do this other than blockbuster? and my final question is do u got any ideas of how to clean a disk with the full ring at home that work would and not screw up my disk COMPLETELY.
