Help with 90s home to video show?

I remember watching these when I was little it was about two kids who had a spaceship and crashed in some strange planet and aliens help them. The aliens were kind of like muppet puppet sort of thing. I think one of the kids was blond if that helps. I use to rent them on blockbuster and there were like 3-4 vhs tapes. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
