What Xbox 360 game should I rent?

I've been renting games from Blockbuster this whole month to keep myself busy. I've already beaten Crysis 2 and LA Noire. I'm thinking of any of the Fallout series, Fable III, Dragonage 2, or Mortal Kombat. What should I get next? Or does anyone suggest any other game?
