What is the best path to take to migrate to Canada?

I'm a high school senior studying in the Caribbean. God's willing, I would like to studying law in Canada and practice there too. The plan I have in mind is to studying at a college in Canada, then a law university; after which i hope to be awarded with citizenship. I would then take the bar exam and then practice and live in Canada. Is this the recommended plan? What other path would you suggest I take to legal migration (acquisition of Canadian citizenship)?
