Was Miami's acquisition of Mike the Fag Bibby overrated?

Miami would have been better off starting Chalmers and getting another point guard or keeping Arroyo. Bibby is undersized and slow footed to contain the elite and good young quick point guards in this league. He is also very inconsistent in hitting jump shots which when it happens makes him a non factor as his defense stinks.
