Maybe 9% Is The MAX Employment in the USA right now? Times have changed. Technology is so much more advanced?

Things are not like they were 20 years ago. We have technology that do lots of jobs that humans do. We no longer need lots of people to do things that now computers can do better. Plus factor in the Internet. I remember back during the 90's. Before we had Ipads and I tunes and the internet was the main attraction. There were booming businesses , like Blockbuster Video ( Collapsed ) Blockbuster Music was huge here in Atlanta. I remember going into those stores and they would have about 20 employee's on whenever they were open. You could listen to any CD you wanted to with the headphones. Turtles video was huge also.. Most of these media Businesses went under fast around 2001 2002.. With the Ipod . I can maybe see Unemployment going back down to 8%. But as technology advances even more. Companies are learning how to not only cut corners by sending jobs overseas for cheaper wages, computers are also replacing lots of people too.
