Has anybody heard of Blackstone Acquisitions and Management LLC.?

I was reading about this company called Blackstone (www.BlackstoneCommercialInvestors.com) in reference to their Credit Partner Program...it sounds incredible, is it legit? They also have another link for a loan program that sounds awesome...www.BlackstoneCreditPartners.c… Are these people the "real deal" or what?
