Blockbuster question!!!!!!?

Now i know this is a really bad thing to do, but all aside without me getting caught. My Call of duty black ops got a circle burn on it. my friend told me to rent it out of blockbuster and swap it out and go back next day and say that it was like that when i rented it and get a new copy or my money back. how good is that plan? like in succeeding please dont troll.
